It is with enormous sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy Mintz, dear friend, respected colleague, and former Director of the New York City Writing Project, after a valiant battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends, but also to Nancy herself, who loved us and all we stand for.
